SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders are shipped either via USPS Priority or UPS GROUND by 3PM daily (Monday-Friday)

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 
Please allow up to 4 business days to process your order, all orders received after 5 pm will be begin processing on the next business day (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends will process within the following 2 business days. 

** Please note: An email confirmation with tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

** Orders can only be canceled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.

 DELIVERY TIME: 
US Orders: Usually 4-7 business days  
International Orders: Usually 10-14 business days. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS: 
You, The purchaser are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Address/Delivery adjustments are made only after confirmation of receipt of notification from our processing center. Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the incorrect address. For address changes after your order has been placed, please email us immediately at orders@naturalsrepublic.com. We will attempt to make this correction before your order is shipped. However, If your order has been shipped prior to receipt of your address change, we will not be responsible for incorrect delivery information initially provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
All international packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International, unless otherwise stipulated. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Shipping rate adjustments may be required depending upon the delivery destination country as well as the current USPS international shipping rates.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION: 
If a package is returned to Naturals’ Republic Inc due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not available to receive delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Naturals’ Republic Inc is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided. Refunds full or partial will not be provided if constituents of the address are incorrect. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 
Naturals’ Republic Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry/request, Naturals’ Republic Inc will provide confirmed delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for further research/investigation by the customer. 


INTERNATIONAL AND CANADIAN CUSTOMS

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS: 
The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you the purchaser. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check regulations both country and local including any policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, unfortunately we can not issue a refund. 


CANADIAN CUSTOMS: 
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, VAT duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
Naturals’ Republic Inc will not be responsible for damaged products received upon delivery. 

INCORRECT ORDERS
It is your responsibility to review your order before finalizing to ensure it is correct. Refunds, replacements or credits will not be issued for orders with confirmed delivery receipt to the address provided during order placement. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. With the high demand for our products, backordered items are sometimes a consequence. In the event that an item/items within your order is/are backordered (unavailable for shipment), we will inform you via email. If a portion of an order is available to ship, we will ship all available items and place the remainder as back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost to you.
