We at Naturals’ Republic Inc take pride in formulating luxurious products for your enjoyment. We hope that you are happy with your purchase and that you love what you've ordered! However if for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care via email at orders@naturalsrepublic.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization and receive further instructions. We gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition. All returns must be postmarked Within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unused in original containers and packaging and include an RMA number along with a copy of the packing slip. REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow processing time as It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

If a reasonable period of time has passed and your refund still has not posted, please contact us at info@naturalsrepublic.com.

C.O.D (cash on delivery) is not accepted. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
